Every Halloween, the Strand is turned into a haunted house as local children are encouraged to come to the theater to dress up and 'trick or treat.' This event features freaky flicks, pumpkins, candy, prizes and much more. This event is FREE to the general public.
Santa Claus stops off at the Strand Theater and offers to have his picture taken with local children. Staffed by his elves, Santa's Grotto features face-painting and carol-singing.
